This is the second of a three part series on hotels near four winds and the casino it sits in. The first part featured a review of a hotel in the area and what I thought made it “unique”. The review is now over and the second will cover the casino itself.
Four winds is located right on the border of Michigan and Ohio. It’s a resort town full of casinos and the kind of people who would find something like that odd. The fourth part of the series on hotels near four winds will be in Buffalo, New York. The city itself is the second largest city in Michigan, and that’s where I plan to start my trip.
I was in Buffalo for the summer of 2012, so I’m a bit biased, but I loved the city. The casino is right in the heart of the city and the location is perfect for me. The room is on the second floor of a building that also houses a coffee shop, restaurant, and a bar. I won’t have too much time to explore the place and if anyone has any suggestions about things to see, restaurants, and attractions for the area, I’d appreciate hearing them.
I could write a whole bunch about the town and casino, but instead I’ll say that the casino is huge and I think it has enough to keep me busy for a few days. I know the city is growing and I want to experience the growing city. We’re pretty close to Buffalo’s airport, so I’m hoping to visit before I head back in January. I have no idea what I’ll do in the meantime though, so I’m trying to get good at this.
I don’t know how can I get someplace to visit in a hurry, but I’m thinking of going to the casino, which has an old-school restaurant, where I’ve been doing some shopping.
You can do your shopping at the casino. The casino is pretty much what I call a “franchise”. It’s a small, family-owned, fast-food chain with two locations in Chicago, and a few more scattered around the country. I think they have a good variety of restaurants and that they have their own liquor license.
There are two casino restaurants in Chicago. The first is the MGM Grand Chicago, which opened in 1955. It has now expanded to more than 20 locations in the US and Canada. The second is the Four Winds Casino, which opened in 1999. It has also expanded to more than 20 locations in the US and Canada.
There are three casinos in Michigan. The first is the Four Winds Casino, which opened in 1999. It has expanded to more than 20 locations in the US and Canada. The second is the MGM Grand Detroit, which opened in 1989. It has also expanded to more than 20 locations in the US and Canada. The last casino is the Mirage, which opened in 1988. It has also expanded to more than 20 locations in the US and Canada.
