It seems that a lot of our habits and routines are tied to our health, and it is a big part of why we’re unhealthy. It’s not that unhealthy people have bad habits. It’s that unhealthy people have bad lifestyles. When you look at how many of us don’t have any good habits, it’s hard to see that we have any good lifestyles. And just like we can’t change what we are, we can’t change our habits.
So, for the past several years we have been looking to the future with a bit of trepidation. We are now in the process of taking a health-focused approach for our own lives. If we can look towards the future, we can look at the past to determine how health and lifestyle can be improved.
We know that there are many things that could be improved. We can improve our health, our lives, our work, but we dont know what. We have looked at the past and what we know is that we can improve and see that things havent been good. But if we look at how our lifestyles look, many things can be changed.
